My Huawei Y520-U22 was working properly but getting the “gaaps.process not working” pop-up. I restored factory settings but the pop-up is still there. Worse yet, I cannot get my phone to go past ‘Wi-Fi" while starting up. I The wi-fi is on and connected to my wireless but goes black, then back to Wi-Fi click “next”. Kindly assist. Thank you. Gioli
