hello…. i have bought a new samsung mobile a310 and it had problem that it restarts from its own many times a day there is no heating , battary is normal , no viruses i tried the hard reset but nothig is change and it it is a 7,0 nogat version
I’ve seen this problem before. I do not think there is a fix. If it doesn’t restart while charging, try a battery case
