If it’s asking for a Google Account, it’s asking for the google account that was last signed into that device. Chances are you either forgot the google account email or password for that account, try resetting the password via computer first. Guide here: https://support.google.com/accounts/answ… There are google account bypass solutions out there on YouTube which usually requires playing around with accessibility, talkback options and etc most of them are specific to certain devices.
