I have reset my phone as it is a used phone I have bought but now it must use the old owner’s code and I do not have it what can i do
typically passwords on phones are meant to keep thieves from reselling a stolen phone. if you cant get the original owner to remove the old password you are more than likely out of luck. ive heard of ways of work arounds and hacks to get by it but that would require quite a bit of knowledge to do.
When resetting a phone, the phone first prompts you to enter the phone’s access code. Resetting it without the code is impossible. Signing into the phone to use it at all is impossible, as well. I wonder why the previous owner didn’t give you the code.
