i locked my self out i need to know how to reset it
Hi, You need to hard reset your phone. Warning : A hard reset will erase all your downloaded apps and user data. It will restore the phone to factory default condition. Ensure that the phone is charged before you perform a hard reset and do not perform a hard reset with the charger connected to the phone. Here is a link that shows you how.
