I’ll reset factory my phone and even do a flash and the operation is successful, but after restarting the phone, all the programs are not deleted and the phone will restart after a few minutes or if I want to program I’ll open it restart phone. please help me … soltani.db@gmail.com
Have you only tried it from settings only or from phone start up menu. Switch off the cell phone. Then hold and press Volume Up + Power button until you see Adnroid logo on your screen. Select using Volume buttons option “wipe data/factory reset”, and confirm that with Power button. Choose “yes” from the menu, and accept it with Power button. Accept reboot now option.
