While using printer the ac power from power company went off and right back on several times the print job finished the the next time I tried to use printer, it comes on the the L C D display has a error of 5B00. When I put it in service mode all functions seem to be there the scanner bulb comes on and goes off the cartridges un-park and a sheet of paper feeds thru. contacted Canon there suggestio get a new printer.
