I want to replace a graphics card that stopped functioning on my 2010 Mac Pro, serial number CK11502VHF7. Apple don’t make new ones for this model anymore so I have to get a used card from ebay. My only problem is the prices vary significantly from seller to seller for what seems to be essentially the same thing. First off, the pricing variance is because any cards you are considering are likely used or new ‘old stock’ so the sellers are basically guessing at the value. Personally I would look for refurbished or unopened stock, as many used graphics cards were used hard by crypto miners and don’t have much life left.
