Our Ninja BL700 stopped spinning. I disassebled the unit and the plastic 3 gear unit at the top had shredded teeth not allowing the unit to spin. Ninja does not offer a replacement part but saud I can purchase a replacement base. Does anyone know where I can purchase the part. An internet search has not been fruitful. Thank you.
If you are talking about the gear-looking part on the drive shaft that meets with the bottom of the blade assembly, it is called a coupler or coupling. I haven’t found one for Ninja, but there are a lot for kitchen aid and waring around. I would wonder if one of these is ‘compatible’.
