Hi everyone, I changed the battery in my JBL Xtreme half a year ago: [SOLVED] Horrible sound after battery replacement. The speaker was working perfectly up until now, it seems to be very inconcistent with charging. When I opened it up I saw the whole BMS board was oxidized. (From using too much flux) Update (06/21/2018) There’s a video about this by Abrar Akram that explains it in more detail: LINK These are 2 compatible boards that can be found on Aliexpress that are very cheap ‘HX-2S-D01’ and ‘HX-2S-A10’ I made a diagram for the wiring, 2 sources confirmed this to be correct.

I will post pictures of the result.

I used the same connection but the batteries are not charging. I am using 2600 mAh batteries and not 3400 mAh ones thats shown in your example. Do i need a different BMS?

So, does it work? Putting a 10K resistor in that BMS? I have a jbl xtreme with the battery problem, i mean, battery is gone already, so i do have the 18650 packs but i think that the original BMS is dead.. Wondering to buy this one and try…
