the cord for charging my kobo arc is not connecting properly. I have to play with the cord to get it to connect. purchased a new cord, still same problem. It is also taking a long time to charge the Kobo Arc. how do I replace the battery and fix the connection?
I’m not shure if this will work for you kobo arc, but I’ve tested it with Kobo Aura en most Kobo’s are the same. Just pull out the back with a soft tool. It’s not glued or screwed on, so don’t pull to hard if it doesn’t come out easily. http://imgur.com/5rT8Dl8 http://imgur.com/I5RzUSV
