Hello, I replaced the upper microphone of my iphone 7 as it was broken and I didn’t hear anything but from the replacement the volume is very low and impossible to understand. Can the part be broken? Can there be other problems? I look forward to your advice regards, Giovanni Paolo
You could have a defective part. You could also have a bad connection. I would check the connection for damage and clean the connector with a qtip and alcohol and a soft brush.
