Hey I own a small repair shop, I just did a iPhone 6 screen replacement, and both replacement screens had lines through the display, I took apart the phone many times to check the flex cables were seated correctly and reconnected the battery nothing work, resulting in a lost customer
You have one of the following : Several bad screens Mashed up lcd connector on the motherboard One of the lcd chokes is failing or has failed Lcd driver chip is failing You can also get lines from a failing touch ic, but usually you get sketchy touch with that too.
