I looking to replace my iMac screen and wanted to ask about compatibility for 1418 2013 iMac. Mine had a LM215WF3 (SD D2) I’m told any series (D 1- D 5) are compatible is this true?
The suppliers I use list only two panels LM215WF3 (SD)(D1) & LM215WF3 (SD)(D3) But! Thats not how I would buy it as you don’t want the raw panel! It’s always best to order the part by the Apple part number using either 661-7109 or 661-7513, the first being the newer version of the part.
