Hi, I recently purchased a NEC PA322UHD-BK-2, but unfortunately it was damaged during transit (the LCD panel was cracked). I would really like to be able to repair this item, but NEC quoted around $1400-1500 to repair, which is more than I want to spend. I have taken apart the monitor, and have found that it uses a SHARP LQ315D1LG9G panel. I have looked all over the Internet for someone selling this panel, but have had very limited success, either the seller is no longer able to get the panel, or they claim to have the panel, but will only accept Western Union to purchase it (which sends off my scam-dar), or claim to have it, but when I email them back saying I want to buy it, no longer reply. I’ve probably contacted approximately 10 sellers at this point. Does anyone know where I can buy this panel, or of a compatible panel for this monitor? Thanks in advance for your assistance!
@chwebb1 as with most panels we are all in the same boat. If an online search does not yield any results, you may have to contact those Western Union sellers. Try to negotiate an alternative payment option. I have dealt with sellers on Alibaba and Flipkart who were willing to find alternate options. Best of luck to you.
