I am looking for a supplier for replacement batteries for the Nuvision TM800W610L Windows 10 tablet. The original battery is labeled: EL-24110110PV-001-1014 3700 MAH - 14.06 Wh - 3.8 V 2016-11-06 EJ19 02225 It is about 3.9” by 3.9” (100 mm by 100 mm and 3mm thick) with a small circuit board on one edge with black, red and white (smaller gauge) wires connecting to the mother board of the tablet.
I purchased a battery with the similar dimensions and electrical specifications on ebay.
The tape holding the old battery was removed and the old battery was carefully pried away from the double side sticky tape holding it in place. The wire soldered connections were melted to break the connections and finish removing the old battery. The new battery was taped into the tablet and the wires from the new power management board were soldered to tablet contacts to match the original wire color locations.
Hi @minigendo Perhaps the Ifixit NuVision 10.1 Atom Glass Screen Replacement guide will help. I realize that it isn’t the same model (TM101W535L - is yours also a Nuvision TM800W610L as asked above?) but generally manufacturers don’t stray too far away from how their same type but different models are put together. Worth a look anyway.
