The replacement camera focus is stuck and blurry, the quality looks arguably worse, and it “nods”. When I hold the camera still, the camera shifts downwards then back to the centre (when holding portrait-view– left/right in landscape). You can see the camera lens move if you look directly at it. I’m not sure what to do to fix this, or did I get a faulty one? When I opened the package, the camera was at the bottom of the box and not cushioned in-between the packing material so could it have been damaged during shipping.
Hi Kimberly, That camera sounds like it’s damaged, so you should consider returning that one and getting a new one.

Hi Kimberly, I had the same problem until I reboot the cellphone with factory settings a few minutes ago. It now works perfectly fine.
