As the title suggests, I replaced the battery on an S6 recently, and now a couple of weeks later the wifi is unstable to the point of uselessness, it recognizes the existence of wifi signals but can’t successfully connect to any of them, and any attempts to do so will just leave the phone trying forever. I’ve already tried replacing one of the only components that’s connected to this functionality, that being the Wifi wire, but that changed nothing. Is this perhaps some kind of board issue I inadvertently triggered with the initial battery replacement?
sounds like it could be software. try a factory reset and see if that fixes things (you may be able to reset just network settings but I’m unsure on that device in particular)
I had Same problem. My clock needed to be set to right time. Issue is gone now.
