MacBook Pro was not charging on the USB-C port. MacBook has been fully dead for over two weeks now. I went and I replaced the USB-C port thinking it was burnt out, but the laptop still won’t charge or turn on. Let me know if anyone has any tips, it would be much appreciated.

You have four ports in two sets (L & R) Did you first check to see if the other side worked? Each set of ports has its own TB controller chip but the power feed is tied to both (PP20V_USBC_XB_VBUS) via a fuse and a set of MOSFETs which controls the power flow from the power logic. At the point it sounds like this part of your logic board is damaged. Can you give us some more info on what happened, do you use a hub or dongle of some sort. Are you using the original Apple charger as well as the original Apple USB-C cable?
