Replaced lightening connector with no issues with installation. Plugged it in and still nothing/ black screen. Originally didn’t have issues with battery but one day not take charge. Took to Apple store, they said wasn’t battery looking at their diagnostic test so I replaced lightening connector. Still nothing. Anyone have any idea? Thanks
Any history of the troubles ? When it appeared ? What was the last sign of life: complete discharge, stop without warning .. fall.. Was apple guy able to do a diagnostic or test tool just report: no diagnostic ?
Try a new battery. It could be the battery is faulty and not receiving the charge.
