Chosen Solution
I replaced the LCD/Digitizer as a pair, verified connections a second time. The device won’t power on and when I plug it in there’s a consistent red LED blinking. I get no other indication of anything happening.
I ended up leaving the battery unplugged for a few hours and it came on afterwards. Seems only half the digitizer works now though.
How can you fix it? I have this problem too. pls help
