I got the 500gb Xbox One X pre-formatted HDD from ifixit. I searched all over and couldn’t find anything about steps that might need done. So I just removed the old one, popped in the new one and put the Xbox back together. The Xbox turns on but there is no loading screen or anything. My TV doesn’t even think it’s on. Any thoughts?
Pre-format HDD? Probably the software mismatches, but I think at least the console will boot into Xbox logo then shows an error in that case. Or you broke something and it is not booting at all now.
