Hello, I had a smashed screen and I took it to a reputable repair guy and he replaced the screen and the phone says " DISABLED Connect to ITunes." I plug it up and it says Cannot connect to Itunes because of unknown error. Was not backed up!!! Im in dire need to get my pictures saved! I don’t want to Reset phone in the potential fixing process. I know after I smashed my phone it sounded like it was pushing buttons so it probably disabled because of all the “ghosting” button pushing. (repair guy language) Any help would be SO GREAT.
Have you ever syncd it to a specific computer? If so plug it into that computer and back it up, if you have never done that then I think you are out of luck.
