As per the title really, phone is on charge but won’t charge higher than 13%. After fitting I did a hard reset and then it was on charge overnight but only went up to ~12%, then run down to 0% and charged again… Any ideas what I should do next?
We’ll need some more info to properly answer the question. What model is the phone?What OS are you running?What brand was the battery and where did you buy it?Have you tried any other fixes so far? That being said, in the past I’ve had to recalibrate the battery after replacement. The iOS monitors battery life and adjusts its performance and percentage displayed based on the voltage capacity of the battery, which is a good indicator of battery health. It’s likely this could be your issue and a quick Google search will give you instructions if you think it might help.
If the battery is only charging to 13%, then the most likely culprit is bad battery. Check on 3utools for battery data details and see if this battery is just bad.If the phone is reporting 1% or 100% then the most likely culprit is missing/damaged Q3200/Q3201 battery data mosfet or battery connector data pin.Next step either way is to rule out bad battery. Use a usb ammeter to know for sure whether or not the battery is actually charging
