My iPhone 8 will no longer connect to any WiFi networks…in fact the option to connect to WiFi is greyed out. I’ve tried everything to get it to work. Sound like a hardware issue? Will replacing the antenna solve my problem?
If the antenna were broken you would still be able to get WiFi signal, it would just be very faint. If the WiFi option is grayed out entirely that indicates an issue with the WiFi chip on your logic board. You’ll need to find a microsoldering professional who can fix that chip for you, it isn’t a DIY project.
