Has anyone ever replaced an earphone plug on a logic board
No it is pretty difficult as you need to take apart the whole mac, get to the motherboard and be skillful enough to unsolder then re-solder the audio jack back onto the motherboard reassemble then test. Best bet is to find something usb/lightening that will allow for audio integration
