I have an Macbook Pro Unibody Mid 2010 and after I dropped a glass of water I have a problem with de logic board. One component is burnt but I don’t know what model of mosfet or component is. Can you help me?

To be sure we’ve got the correct part ID’d check this image:
That is a capacitor C6603: 100UF, 20%, 6.3V, TANT CASE-AL1 Often times something shorts out damaging it so you may still have a underlying problem. I do recommend you make a deeper inspection of your logic board looking for corrosion or other damage. As an example in your image at the bottom I see some dirt and possible corrosion.
