How to replace the blower fan motor on a 2011 Nissan rogue

Hi @islandboy99 , Here’s a link to the 2011 Nissan Rogue (S35) Service Repair Manual Here’s an image taken from the Ventilation System section of the manual that shows the procedure to remove/replace the blower motor.

(click on image to enlarge for better viewing) The other repair sections referred to in the removal procedure are as follows. The number after the dash is the page number in the section e.g. IP-13 = Instrument Panel section page 13 IP = Instrument Panel MWI = Meter, Warning Lamp & Indicator VTL = Ventilation System HAC = Heater & Air Conditioning Control System BR = Brake System It is easier if you download the individual repair section and then view them that way. At the bottom of the Document page that opens for each section there is a download link. Here’s an image to show where it is.

Hello. Remove the Driver Brake Pedal and also will help if you remove the Gas pedal. After that youll lay on your back with flash light youll go underneeth the dash. on your left upper side youll se the blower motor. Remove a screw top left of the blower motor. Remove plug. ( it can be pain cuz you are upside down) You need to twist the Blower Motor Left This is the challenge here. After you remove the Blower motor it will not come ease. Theres is a Dashboard in your way a steering shaft. You need to find a way you remove the old (bad ) blower motor. Be creative. After removing the blower motor(old) you need to find a way to the new one same way with you Braking the blower motor. its not easy repair. Be patient. Then reveres everything.
