Chosen Solution
After software update my phone dont want to swith on again. It only show black screen with sony and xperia coming and going. How do I get it on again without loosing my photo’s?
Hand in the hair, Step 01 Reset the phone using reset switchConnect USB cable and leave it 15 MinsTry to turn on the phone back Step 02 Go to recovery mode and reset phone to factory defaultor you can update the firmware ( in this situation all data will be lost)Once phone turn on back you can recover the data back
