TV sound is very poor. Should I replce the sound microphone and if so how do I do this ?
Hi, Have you checked the ‘sound’ settings of the TV to see if any adjustment improves the sound quality? Have you tried connecting the TV to an external speaker system to prove that the TV speakers are the problem? Here is a link to the user guide for your model.
