I desperately need a service repair manual for the Toshiba 40L3453DB I have tried google but cant find one .Mostly i need to know the output voltage from psu to leds as this tv has 5 rows in each has 9 leds.I have fitted a Brand new psu and it shows 78.8v at the output to leds but the lights will not light up .I have checked each light individually and all shows light one at a time .Please help,Thankyou
Replace the Main Board the power supply is not getting the 5V panel on voltage from the Main Board..
