I changed my iphone body/rear housing due to cracks/scratches.All parts/component are still original inside. Main question :

  1. Do apple rejects my battery replacement / other component replacement services ?

Yes. The moment you decided to open the device yourself (something we should all be able to do without consequence, and plenty of us here do anyway), you would have voided any warranty from Apple. They may refuse to service your device entirely, or just charge a fairly high price for something they know you can do cheaper and faster yourself.
