The tablet will not read a micro SD. I have tried to troubleshoot with Tech support, but no remedy. Thanks!
Hi if you have tried everything ..ie software fix or resetting the device. you need to open it up and check the legs in the sd reader are actually touching the card.. You probably tried different cards I assume? must be hardware problem. Ray
