I’m disappointed in Verizons solution to repair for a new Asus ZenFone. This phone is about 4 weeks old and seems to have a screen leak but Verizon says there is not warrant on this phone. Is this true. We are required to pay for this repair? There was no dropping or any rough treatment.
@nsteen you did not tell us if you purchased the phone from Verizon or anyone else. Most likely they do not cover screen damage and/or may not cover the ZenFone 2 anymore. Looks like you might be stuck having to repalce it your self. Here is the guide for it. A replacement assembly is available for around $20USD at multiple places.
