Was replacing crack screen and tested by inserting ribbon in connector and it worked. When I took off to apply adhesive I broke piece off on connector and now it will not work. Am I able to replace connector on motherboard?
@micbob4 that is Motorola connector 09014221001W which is a CONN,ZIF, 61 PIN,0.9MM HIGH, 13.8 LONG. The only online connection I can find is on here You can of course try to match it with something that mouser.com or digikey.com may have. Also, you can always try and purchase a broken circuit board for the same model phone and use that to harvest the connector from.
