Replaced the loudspeaker on my iPhone 6s, and during the process the lightning cable assembly connector popped off the ribbon cable. It’s stuck in the logic board with seemingly no way to remove it without risking damage. Any suggestions?

@uhoh yup looks pretty chewed up. It looks like the damage is already done. For now I’d use a small needle like tool and try to remove the rest of the connector iPhone 6s Lightning Connector Assembly Replacement . Once removed re-evaluate the damage. It is possible that you may only need to replace the lightning control assembly (unlikely) and worst case will be that you need to replace the board connector. this will require microsoldering skills and you may need to recruit the help of a microsoldering expert.
