I bought this great Love Tree hard case when I first got my phone back in August. I wanted to put a different case on but when I remove it, the top bar, camera cover and bottom bar stayed stuck on the back of my phone. How can I get them off? Update (10/10/2019) Here’s a picture of the case and what stayed on when I removed it.
Hi @ginababy Some of the hard cases can be tricky to remove! Some cases are meant to break in half and slide off the top and bottom of the phone. Try to insert some business cards or playing cards into the long edge and pull around the phone to loosen the case off the back. If those aren’t strong enough, gift cards or credit cards should have the strength to get an edge free. Whatever you use, I recommend using plastic tools. Metal tools are stronger but will leave marks and possible crack the rear glass cover of your phone.
Try to rub with alcohol and a piece of soft material. But I wouldn’t worry about this because any way you will put on your phone another case and it will cover the remained paints.
