Does anyone have a reliable USA or other source for a q325ua replacement fan?

Asus-Accessories carries OEM Asus parts, so you can’t get more reliable than that. The fan would ship from the EU, but their site mentions shipping of about a week, so that should work. Here you go. Asus CPU Fan For Asus Laptop Q325UA
