HI, the pen doesn’t print. When connected to PC it can be configured, the communication is OK, but there is no print even the cartridge as well as battery are OK. Any idea how to fix? Mila
Hello, the good news is that the pen communicate with the PC. The problem could be in the cartridgein the cartridge holder (contacts)in the electronic board All of them shall be repairable, I’ve repaired 10+ pieces. Let me know via email Regards BT Praha
