Chosen Solution
It refuses to print. I tried everything I can think of please help
Hi Have you tried the following Connecting it to WiFi Making sure ALL colours have ink left as if one runs out it won’t print Make sure the paper door is closed properly Try connecting though a usb cable Make sure it doesn’t need a firmware update If none of the above works let me know and we can further investigate Thanks:-)
