When I turn on my Xbox the fan immediately goes crazy and then after 5-6 seconds the button turns red while the Xbox is not being displayed on the screen. Is there a fix for this for the Xbox 360 E?

I have xbox 360 E . if you have this problem RROD . turn off the console.Remove the HDD. clean it with air blow.HDD Socket / Console HDD Socket.put it back. and start console. if your console not remove the issue. use 2nd step. 1 . Remove all cables from console. include HDD. Put the console for 10 to 12 Hrs.after 10 to 12 hrs. connect all cables and HDD.start console and press Syn Button + eject button for 2 /3 second.than press the power button.
