Chosen Solution
Recently, my xbox was off and when i came home it was quickly flashing a green/red light. So i turn on my conroller to turn it on, isnt connected. I touch the power button,it beeps and turns on. I can connect my controllers, it doesnt display the ring for connecting when i click it. Disk tray works as normal. Its not connected to the internet, i dont have internet. In the picture it looks red, but its flashing very quickly. I have the 4 gig one. Update (02/07/2017) Just unplugged it. The lights completely gone but my controller reconnected
My Xbox Slim 4GB is showing Red Dot. Adapter shows green light throughout. But when I press the infrared and eject button together, Xbox shows Red dot + flashing green ring. have tried all solutions from net like thermal paste, disconnecting all cables, checking other power outlets, chip reflow using heat gun… no change.
