Hello guys; When its connected to a power source or dock it works perfectly, but when i try to run a game with battery its freezes and show a red battery symbolhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4wS0Bjy5… (video example) What could be happening?
Bad battery; replace it. It’s fairly easy to do.
