Hi, my macbook pro has a problem. when i try to enter recovery mode or safe mode the apple logo freaks out red square appears on the apple logo and loading bar becomes green. i called apple support for this problem they can’t find any solution. i reset my nvram, smc and after all i re installed macOS but problem is still there can anybody help me pls. Update (05/09/2019) it is still under warranty but i gave my computer to service and they said there are no problem on your computer. i called apple to fix this they can’t find any solutions. i tried to upload full boot sequence video but i am only able to upload 30 sec video
Lets give this a try, unplug the system then press and hold the power button a good long minute so the system is fully discharged. Now plug the power cord back in and restart the system do you still see the display artifacts of the colored lines? Also did you go to a Apple dealer or did you go directly to an Apple Store? Do you have a UPS?
