After replacing the battery of my iPhone 5, some parts of the touchscreen started not responding, and then I got this row of rectangles on the lower part of the screen. What should I do? Thank you.
Hi there make sure you have the connectors seeded correctly this happens sometimes when you not fully pressed down.
I’m facing a similar problem with my iPhone 5s, I have not taken it apart or anything but I am seeing the same rectangles, but they are not as bold as they are in the picture, mine are more transparent. I am not able to use the bottom line of letters on my keyboard or able to swipe to unlock where it states to on the phone. I have tried turning it off and on, and restarting the phone and still they are there. I want to know if there is anyway I can fix it without taking apart the phone or taking it to an Apple store?
