I have never worked on or am familiar with BLU devices, but I always tell my clients.. any time you make videos or take pictures that are important to you…backup backup backup. If you have nothing to automatically sync those files…Do backups manually via bluetooth or by USB. If these pictures are really important, I would take it to someone who does component level repairs and see if the board can be fixed. Good places should have a no repair no charge policy. If it’s repairable you should be able to retrieve your files. If not…It would probably cost too much to be worth recovering.
