I was using my phone and suddenly it turned off. I do not what happened but i tried it by connecting with power socket and with laptop but it did not responded. The phone is not an issue but the data is. Is there any option through which i can fetch the gallery’s data. Please help me with this case. The phone name is Micromax Canvas Gold .
Is there an SD card? Did you try a new charger? You might need the charging panel replaced.
