Hi everyone, I recently bought a new battery from ifixit, but I think I installed it before the adhesive removal was evaporate. Now, I feel one of the battery is wiggling in my laptop. Is there any recommendation to secure the battery? and can I use 3M double tape? Thanks.
Some of 3M’s tape is not designed to span across the uneven surface of the battery so make sure you get one that is on the ticker side. iFixit offers Tesa 61395 Tape I would use the 4mm tape.
