Chosen Solution
I know it is not the battery, because Geek Squad had just replaced it yesterday, They even had to replace the motherboard. I’ve had problems with this tablet ever since I got it. Before my tablet was fixed, I replaced the charging port myself, and it passed the tests. Now the tablet will not turn on. I’m assuming because the battery is dead. I have no clue what the problem is. I would rather they just renew the tablet into store credit so I could get something else. PS. The tablet has not been dropped thrown or any of the sort.
Go back to Geek Squad. There is a warranty period. Complain to them ASAP.
