I’ve just got an iPhone 7 Plus from my customer as he report the rear camera is not working only black screen. After I test it It work only on right side camera so I check the left camera it’s not working but flashlight is ok. First thing is do is reset all setting still not working. Second is restore it to IOS 10.3.2 still not working. I tried to replace another new camera already try 3 cameras still not working. Then I check components relate to left camera connector nothing is missing or not working still no clue. Then I replace U3001 still not working. Can anyone help me to fix this problem?
I did a little looking around because I’m having the same issue. All of what I read leads me to believe that it is an Apple defect (manufacturing defect) So I would tell them to take it back to them.

i also had the same problem , heat the camera with hair dryer and the flex as well for around 20-30 seconds . it worked for me
